Sofia AI è un assistente email personale destinato a uso individuale. Non è consentito:
L'accesso avviene tramite Google Sign-In. Sei responsabile della sicurezza del tuo account Google e dei dispositivi su cui usi l'App.
L'App offre piani con diversi livelli di crediti mensili (Free, Base, Premium). I pagamenti sono gestiti dallo store (Google Play Billing) e registrati via RevenueCat.
Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente salvo annullamento. Puoi gestire o annullare il rinnovo in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dello store. I rimborsi seguono le policy dello store.
L'App, il brand "Sofia AI", i contenuti e il codice sono di proprietà di Lorenzo De Martinis o dei rispettivi licenzianti. Nulla di quanto fornito ti trasferisce diritti di proprietà intellettuale al di fuori della licenza d'uso personale.
L'App è fornita "così com'è". Pur facendo il possibile per garantire un servizio affidabile, non possiamo garantire che:
Nella massima misura consentita dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso dell'App.
L'App dipende da servizi di terze parti (Google Gmail API, Google Gemini, Firebase, RevenueCat). L'uso di tali servizi è regolato dai rispettivi termini e policy, linkati nella Privacy Policy.
Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere o chiudere l'accesso all'App in caso di violazione di questi termini. Puoi cancellare il tuo account dalle impostazioni dell'App in qualsiasi momento.
Questi termini possono essere aggiornati. La data in alto indica l'ultimo aggiornamento. Modifiche sostanziali verranno notificate in-app. L'uso continuato dopo le modifiche costituisce accettazione.
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per controversie il foro competente è quello del luogo di residenza del consumatore, dove applicabile.

Sofia AI is a personal email assistant intended for individual use. You may not:
Access is via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and of the devices on which you use the App.
The App offers plans with different monthly credit limits (Free, Base, Premium). Payments are processed by your store (Google Play Billing) and tracked via RevenueCat.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal at any time from your store settings. Refunds follow your store's policies.
The App, the "Sofia AI" brand, content and code belong to Lorenzo De Martinis or the respective licensors. Nothing provided grants you intellectual property rights beyond a personal-use license.
The App is provided "as is". While we strive for a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App in case of breach of these terms. You can delete your account from the App settings at any time.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the competent court is the one of the consumer's place of residence, where applicable.
